Pricing

Built for teams of every size. Priced to fit yours.

A one-time onboarding fee, then an annual license. A two-person donor relations office and a university with schools, units and service lines of its own run the same platform, and the license scales between them: how many people work in it, how many stewardship reports you send each year, and how long you commit. Longer terms cost less each year. Tell us those three numbers and the price for your program comes back by email, before you book anything.

01What sets the price

Four things set the license.

New clients pay one onboarding fee, once, for the design of your donor websites and reports in your own identity, the connection to your data, and the training that carries your team to launch. After that there is one license fee a year, and these four things set it.

  • Term A one-, three- or five-year license. The longer the term, the larger the discount. Longer earns more
  • Internal users Everyone who builds, edits, approves or reads inside the platform. Start with the team you have and add seats as use spreads. Add any time
  • Stewardship reports The number of donor-specific impact reports you send in a year. You pay for the reports you send. Per year
  • Brands Sub-brands for colleges, schools, units, service lines and institutes are set up at no extra cost. A co-brand, a fully distinct look for a unit or a campaign, carries a design and development fee at onboarding; its yearly upkeep is in the license. Sub-brands included

Every license includes unlimited cultivation sites, one for every prospect and as many as you need, and unlimited training and support for your whole team, and the weekly meeting with your account manager continues after launch for as long as you want it. Wherever possible, Ovrture gives its API connectors away at no charge. And if your team grows or your reporting volume changes, the license adjusts with it during the term.

02Who it is built for

One desk or the whole institution.

A single donor relations officer and a university with a dozen schools run the same platform, with the same capabilities. What changes is the license: it is sized to the team, the reporting volume and the brands you have today, and it adjusts as your program grows.

  • One desk One officer with a reporting calendar and a stack of endowments to steward. Start with the users you have, the reports you will send this year and one brand, and add as the program grows. Start here
  • The whole institution A university with a dozen schools, a health system with service lines, a foundation with chapters. Every unit gets its own voice under one license: sub-brands set up at onboarding, co-brands where a unit or a campaign needs a look of its own. Grow into it
03The contract

The questions your counsel will ask, already answered.

Every Ovrture client has signed the same agreement after their own legal and procurement review. What it settles, in its own terms.

  • Your data is yours Every record, file, photograph and word you put into the system stays your property. The agreement says so twice, once for your data and once again for the personal data of your donors, and nothing in it transfers ownership to Ovrture. You can download all of it, whenever you like, for as long as the license runs.
  • Your content is yours The designs, the content and the donor websites built for your institution belong to you. The platform they run on belongs to Ovrture. The agreement keeps the two apart, so there is never a question of which is whose.
  • Used for you alone Ovrture uses your data to run your system and for nothing else. The agreement forbids any other use, so it is never mined, sold, pooled or studied, and only the people who need it to do their work can reach it.
